Join us for our Discovery Day in our brand-new teaching venue, The Old School.

This is a free event, everyone is welcome to join at no cost to you.

We will be showcasing our educational offers, including our one-year-long Diploma courses:

  • Level 2 in Regenerative Horticulture
  • Level 2 in Sustainable Coppicing and Greenwood Trades
  • Level 2 & 3 in Nature Restoration
  • Level 3 (90-credit Diploma) in Forestry & Arboriculture
  • Level 3 in Regenerative Horticulture

Come and learn about our degree course: BA (Hons) Sustainable Futures: Arts, Ecology and Systems Change.

What to Expect?
  • Our Discovery Day will provide you with an insight into what BMC can offer you, as well as giving you the opportunity to get involved in our interactive activities.
  • Take part in hands-on woodworking activities and have a go on the ‘Shave Horse’ (weather permitting)
  • Meet and greet some of our friendly, knowledgeable Further Education and Higher Education tutors
  • Meet and chat to some of our students
  • Find out more information on all of our courses

Scheduled Sessions:

10am – Welcome and refreshments

10.30am – 11.30am – Talks about Change in Practice, Regenerative Horticulture, Sustainable Coppicing and Greenwood Trades, Nature Restoration, Level 3 in Regenerative Horticulture, and Level 3 (90-credit Diploma) in Forestry & Arboriculture.

11.30am – Break and Questions

Take a quick break, have a wander around, grab a snack and chat to us.
