Goods purchased via the website either by e commerce, by phone or by post are despatched by those providing the service within a maximum of 28 days of receipt of the order. It is the aim of Welsh Country to get goods out as soon as is practicable but this will depend on various factors. Should there be a shortfall of product due to a shortage for whatever reason the customer will be notified within 48 hours and the customer is given the option for a full refund if paid by e commerce and the order cancelled or to continue with the order having been given a time scale of despatch.
Subscriptions ordered via the website will start from the issue selected when ordering. As this may be some weeks away, the order is acknowledged within 7 days of the order.

Welsh Country magazine and it’s products and services are also available by telephone or by post with a crossed cheque.
If goods are received damaged or in any way incorrect Welsh Country should be notified in writing as soon as is practicable but certainly in not more than 14 days of receipt of goods. Welsh Country may request that the goods are returned and these are returned at the cost of the customer. Should the goods prove to be faulty then the carriage will be reimbursed.
Cancellations can be made at any time after ordering and if it is at all possible the order will be stopped and a full refund given. If goods have already been despatched, then the goods can be returned unopened and in their original packaging so a full refund less the cost of carriage will be given. Carriage is the responsibility of the customer.
Goods can be exchanged or replaced due to the change of mind of the customer, however, this will be at the cost to the customer and all carriage costs are to be paid in full.
