‘We won’t brush the problem aside’
I thought I was being ‘good’ using a basic electric toothbrush until a reader chatted with me about sonic and a company called Suri, whose strapline says they offer ‘a world-class clean that doesn’t cost our planet’. I was amazed, well actually shocked would be more accurate, to learn that every year over 4 billion toothbrushes end up in landfills or in our oceans. That’s enough to circle the globe twelve times. Finding out that my electric toothbrush was really nothing to smile about either, gave me another serious wake-up call.

I loved the cleaning process which allows you to have the Everyday Clean mode, which is the white light or push again and get a blue light for the Polish Mode. Now the case supplied isn’t just a case and learning more about Suri I wouldn’t expect it to be! The case has a built in UV-C light that cleans your brush of 99.9% of bacteria, in a minute. Gosh I was so impressed with this. When plugged in, close the case and click the button on top of the case for this to activate the minute and the UV-C LED cleaning sequence.
