This is a brilliant 3-piece pan set that has been designed for everyday use and consists of a 16cm, an 18cm and a 20cm saucepan. They all have lids which are made from tempered glass and are suitable for 12, 13 and 14.5cm induction rings. Plus the pans are made from forged aluminium with a smooth exterior and stainless steel handles, which don’t get too hot either.
There is so much to love about this set but what I was intrigued about is Ninja’s Zerostick, which I had never heard about, but was certainly impressed with. It did not chip or flake with use and Ninja’s Zerostick is up to 20 times x tougher than traditional non-stick.* The company are so confident with their Zero range that they offer a 10-year replacement guarantee which includes their Zerostick coating too**
This set is suitable for all hob types & oven safe up to 260°C so that means you can use in your oven too, something I find so useful to have that flexibility. Plus you can cook using little to no oil and your food will not stick. They are scratch resistant and dishwasher safe, but to be honest it was so easy to simply wipe the pans out after use that I was pleased not to have to fill up my dishwasher with endless pans.

To make this a tough test I had to try lots of what I’d call different and difficult-to-clean foods, so on my cooking menu was: scrambled egg, rice, curry, fried eggs, pancakes, I’m no chef by any means but I didn’t have a single failure. After every dish each pan was a joy to hand wash or simply just wipe over. I was delighted with these pans.
The pans were very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I have used the pans for well over a week and they feel sturdy and have a good weight to them, but not so heavy that you feel you are doing a gym workout. I have found the combination of the three sizes perfect for cooking for a family of five, but now have a frying pan on my list to buy. They are deeper than my previous set and I much prefer that deepness and they hold the heat well. Loved that the Zerostick coating meant I could decide between little or no oil which is brilliant if you are on a low fat diet. I would advise storing them carefully and definitely not stacking them as the underside of the handles will likely scratch the rim of the pan underneath. This is the first oven safe pan set I have owned, I love how convenient this is and saves on washing up! Overall I’m really impressed with this set, the pans are a joy to use and I will be purchasing the frying pans too.
