This is a new company to me and I’m so cross with myself that I didn’t discover them earlier as I now realise I’ve really been missing out! But now I’m playing catch-up and I hope that you can try this oil for yourself as I’m sure you’ll love this range as much as I do. I also agree with their strapline – ‘feed your skin’. Well perhaps in a way, ‘feed your skin’ is stating the obvious, but that really is not the case as the truth is that we tend to take our skin for granted, we simply forget or neglect to care for it on a daily basis. It is silly that we do that, but I know that I’m often guilty of doing just that – and it just doesn’t make sense!
However let me get back to this lovely nourishing hand oil which was awarded Silver in the prestigious Beauty Bible Awards for ‘Best Hand Cream/Treatment’ and ‘Best Natural’ Award, and Commended in the 2024 Beauty Shortlist Awards – so it isn’t just me that has good taste!!!
This original Nourishing Hand Oil compliments Tam Mason’s range of Hand Scrubs and is designed to offer that extra TLC that your hands need on a daily basis. Handmade in Somerset and always in small quantities so that the company can maintain purity and quality. This super sugar scrub will gently and kindly feed your skin with long lasting results. I really loved using this scrub with its really beautiful blend of luxurious oils that will soften your hands and also strengthen and condition your nails. So that covers all bases for me. The base oils of Shea Butter Oil and Oat Oil are both rich, yet light in texture and leave your skin with a beautiful, velvety feel. These base oils are further infused with Rosehip Oil to calm, protect and hydrate; Vitamin E to nourish and Kiwi Seed Oil to condition and moisturise. You’ll find, as I did that this hand oil is deeply conditioning and because it isn’t greasy it absorbs quickly into your skin. But don’t forget it is 100% natural and that is why you’ll get long lasting results. I couldn’t believe how much better my hands felt after using this hand oil which was much needed after trying to get my garden into shape.
By gently balancing Verbena, Black Pepper and Lavender essential oils, this Hand Oil has an uplifting, subtle scent and is perfect for all skin types. It offers that extra boost for your hard working hands and, even better, it is light enough to be used at any time of the day. To ensure I don’t forget to use it I leave mine in the sitting room, next to the TV remote control so I can treat my hands whilst catching up on my programmes.
It is so easy to use, simply apply a few drops directly to the back of your hand and gently massage in with the back of the other, as required. What’s more, the 30ml bottle is beautifully presented and as first impressions really count, I’m thinking that this would make a great gift to give.
I am sure you’ll adore this hand oil as much as I did. I was always a hand cream addict and for no particular reason I’ve never really been a fan of hand oils, but this one I loved and I’m impressed that Tam Mason’s hand oil has totally changed my mind on oils as well as my hands!

Bergamot & Blood Orange Sugar Hand Scrub (Boxed)
I was delighted to try Tam Mason’s natural & nourishing sugar hand scrub, which has a blend of bergamot and orange and is packed with the very best natural ingredients, most of which are organic and there are no hidden nasties. It was lovely to hear no nasties! This scrub has been carefully balanced to nourish your skin because it has been blended with essentials oils to soothe, uplift and rejuvenate your hands, giving you long lasting results. After using this beautiful scrub you’ll not have to follow up with hand cream as you’ll find your hands have never felt more nourished and soft. I’m sure you’ll enjoy using this scrub at any time of the day, or maybe it will be easier for you if you make it part of your night time routine. I sighed at the thought of slotting it into my night routine until I tried it the first time and I was hooked, I loved it. Now I’m a converted night user as it actually didn’t take me much time at all to slot it in before bed and I did love how soft my hands felt as I snuggled down to sleep the night away.
All Tam’s range is handmade, blended and packaged in Somerset. The packaging is superb as it arrives in a gorgeous blue outer box, recycled eco-fibre with 99% recycled content. It comes in 150g aluminium in which is reusable, an EPE foam liner in the lid, a blend specific information card and their signature wooden spoon. I am delighted that the company doesn’t use plastic in their packaging or contents and they’re fully recyclable as well as vegan friendly.
To use, simply stir the sugar and massage a small amount onto your dry hands, rinse off under warm running water and gently pat dry. So that’s it – rub, rinse and pat – that’s all you need to do and then you can enjoy simply enjoy the softness of your hands.
With nine blends available in this hand scrub, plus an unscented one, there’s a blend for everyone.
