I must say I can get a tad cross, or maybe more accurate would be smug, when I’m with friends who are complaining that their shoes are not comfortable or rubbing. I’m usually wearing Chatham shoes, so yes, smug is more applicable! I really do recommend this brand.
So let me tell you about the Olivia, it is a super-soft, slip-on deck shoe that has been crafted from premium nubuck leather, mine were a useful shade of walnut, with the same-colour collar, lace detail, heel counter and a non-slip rubber sole. I’m really not sure what other shoe manufacturers offer such a guarantee, but for me it is quite unbelievable and gives me even more confidence in this brand.
To clean these leather shoes, just use a natural beeswax cream. It is also worth mentioning that these deck shoes are a standard fit, but these leather shoes will stretch up to half a size to accommodate your foot if necessary.
