Jobs Growth Wales Provider Cambrian Training Helping Young People Find Employment

Jobs Growth Wales provider Cambrian Training will help young people find employment with their programme. Jobs Growth Wales will create thousands of jobs a year for job ready young people throughout Wales.

Unemployed? Aged 16-24? Looking for a Job?
If you are 16-24 and currently not in education or employment you could be eligible for the Jobs Growth Wales programme.

The programme will cater for young people that are job ready but have had difficulty securing employment. The programme offers a six month job opportunity for you to become part of a company and the participants will be paid at or above the national minimum wage for a minimum of 25 hours per week.

The intention is that all jobs will be sustained by the host employer after the 6 month period has been completed.

Can you create a new job for an unemployed young person (16 – 24yrs)?

If you are planning on growing your business, Jobs Growth Wales could help you achieve your goals.

A financial subsidy is available to you as an employer, which will enable you to claim back part of their wages. The subsidy that you can claim is aligned with the National Minimum Wage for their age of that young person. However as an employer you are not limited to paying the young person the National Minimum Wage.
