This fragrance reminds me of wandering into my large local florist’s shop and just standing to breathe in and enjoy the wonderful fresh floral fragrance. Well for me this fragrance epitomises that as this is such a fabulous floral fragrance that has been expertly handcrafted from precious naturally derived ingredients. It is a romantic bouquet of sublime botanicals and this fragrance blossoms with notes of Damask rose, orange flower and Indian jasmine, all gently entwine with the subtle sensuality of cypress, sandalwood and Bourbon vanilla. But if that is not enough, finally there’s the light, transcendent clarity of mandarin and bergamot which makes this Botanical Essence™ No.100 a modern interpretation of timeless elegance. I loved wearing this, it is so amazingly gorgeous. It was also important to me that over 89% are derived natural ingredients, whilst being skilfully blended by award-winning perfumer Alienor Massenet.

I loved this fragrance and stupidly had forgotten how clever and beautiful the range of Liz Earle’s fragrances are.
