I love hearing about a new company and then being able to try a couple of products from their range. Well this moisture defence was a great one to start me off with, as it is a daily moisturiser that hydrates, protects and softens the skin. I was looking for a long lasting and gorgeously glowy look, which is what I got but it does make sense to me as a base is so important. You need to try and achieve a seamless canvas for your makeup and it is pointless paying a fortune for your favourite make-up brand if your base, your canvas, is not as perfect as it should be. Just bear in mind that to lose that cakey look, focus on your canvas to achieve a more fabulous finish! It made my skin feel hydrated, looked much brighter and felt beautifully soft. I found the formula absorbed easily and it helped regulate any excess sebum production, but without clogging my pores. Whilst a potent blend of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory botanical extracts fortified, calmed and soothed my skin. I enjoyed how well this moisturiser worked for me. Do hope you try it too!
How To Use:
I used just a pea-sized amount twice daily; in the morning and again at night as the final step in my skincare regime. I made sure that I applied it not just to my face, but also my neck and décolletage.

Retinol Serum
This is a powerful, all-rounder serum that is, in my view, a necessity when it comes to penetrating the skin and re-energising the collagen and elastin production whilst also targeting any breakouts, acne scarring and pigmentation that you might have. This serum is blended with an encapsulated form of Vitamin A. I loved this serum too as it refined and revealed my skin’s radiance, making it simple to enhance my natural glowing beauty with makeup.
Retinol enhances the ability of SYN®-AKE, a synthetic Peptide, to penetrate your skin, re-energising the collagen and elastin production to smooth lines, wrinkles and improve your skin’s firmness. Plant Extracts and Olive Oil target any breakouts, acne scarring and pigmentation to leave your skin feeling soothed and supple.
How To Use:
For the first week of use, start by using one pea-sized amount of Retinol every third evening. For the second week, apply the same amount every second evening, gradually building up to every evening by the third week of use. Apply to clean, dry skin and gently blend outwards in a circular motion, slowly spreading onto the entire face, throat and chest while avoiding the eye area. Please note: it’s quite normal to experience some initial redness and/or some dryness or flakiness when first using Retinol. Keep the faith and your skin will normalise, but if you’re at all concerned, double check you are using the right amount as a first step and consult your skin therapist as a second.
This is for external use only. Rinse thoroughly with water if eye contact occurs. Discontinue if skin irritation occurs.
