Summer Events Return to Bluestone Brewing Company

filler

After a two-year hiatus, the Pembrokeshire Brewery is looking forward to welcoming visitors back to their events venue this summer.

The popular events venue, based in Cilgwyn, has not held its regular events programme for two years due to the pandemic. This year, the microbrewery has six events to look forward to, including a stand-up comedy night and plenty of live music.

Pembrokeshire microbrewery, Bluestone Brewing Company, has established itself as a popular events venue since opening in 2013. Sellout crowds have gathered to watch the likes of Kanda Bongo Man and the CC Smugglers perform on the stage, which is situated in the yard at Tyriet Farm where the Brewery is based.

Summer Events return to Bluestone Brewing Company

Marketing Director, Emily Hutchinson, said:

“Due to the pandemic, we had to cancel all our planned events for 2020 and we were absolutely gutted. We postponed them all and were hopeful to get back on track in 2021, but the ever-changing restrictions made it too difficult to plan and unfortunately, we have now had two summers without our events programme. We are so excited to welcome people back this year and get back into the swing of things, it’s so much fun seeing the Brewery full of people really enjoying themselves.”

Events to look forward to this year include a Stand-Up Comedy Night on the 4thJune, with headline act Leroy Bito who is known for starring in the BBC comedy hit, Tourist Trap. Tickets are selling fast for fourpiece Bluegrass band, Flats & Sharps, who will be heading to Cilgwyn for August Bank Holiday and performing their energetic set on stage, with support from local DJ, Nathan Stardust Jones.
