It is best to use on your dry feet before you have a bath or shower and work on any areas of thickened, calloused or dehydrated skin. Give particular attention to your heels and the balls of the feet, beside the big toe and weight-bearing areas. Use twice a week. Wash the file after each use with a damp nail brush and dab dry. Once worn, peel back and dispose of the old pads and replace with new self-adhesive pads by pressing firmly into position on the file.
Please do not use on open skin. It is also best not overuse or grip the file too tightly.
