The Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival’s much loved food demos are back for 2024 with a full timetable to entertain festival goers at the Duke of Wellington on High Street.
Visitors will enjoy watching, learning and laughing with the chefs and exhibitors involved and better still, getting to sample the tasty treats being prepared right in front of them.
With something to suit all tastes – from Welsh to Italian, Indian and Sri Lankan dishes – the demos are always a huge hit and this year’s timetable is set to be better than ever with a jam-packed schedule across both days (May 26th-27th).
Commenting on this hugely popular feature of the festival, Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival manager Tracy James-Lieberman said:
“I absolutely love the food demos; so informative but more importantly they’re always such good fun.
“It’s great to see all these different dishes being prepared right there on the spot and to add to the enjoyment, each of them is paired with a suitable tipple so we’ll also be featuring wines, and a selection of beers and ciders; seriously, what’s not to love!”
