Tan Y Castell Bakery’s famous and award-winning Welshcakes (or Pice ar y maen in Welsh!) are best described as a cross between a scone and a pancake BUT are truly unique when it comes to their taste and texture. Cooked on a large griddle, their unique taste is what we all know and love today.
