This is such a clever and easy way to give your senses a lift, it is the Vallée de Farney perfume rollerball by French, LA based brand Maison Louis Marie. Having a perfume rollerball is ideal if you are travelling or just to slip into your handbag so you can have an instant hit of fragrance just when you need a boost. Just dab onto your pulse points, it is just so quick and easy to do with a rollerball. I also put some on the palm of my hands and worked it through the lower lengths of my hair to give it a quick refresh when I hadn’t time to wash it and yes it worked well and I got away with it! I also enjoyed using this perfume oil rollerball to have a play with it and layer different scents on top, creating my own special fragrance.
The top notes are, grapefruit, orange and black pepper, the mid notes are, cedarwood, patchouli and geranium, with base notes of vetiver, amber and musk. The company, Maison Louis Marie, was founded on the principles of composing clean luxury fragrances while doing well for the planet, from sourcing ingredients ethically and not harming the environment where they are taken from, that is a company ethos I want to support.
Vallée de Farney is a nature preserve located in the native forests of the Mauritius Island. The forest is home to more than 100 plant species and numerous animals, inspired by the wild forest, this scent is a woody, mineral fragrance with refreshing zesty top notes that are enhanced by black pepper, Cedarwood and Patchouli.
