Chris Harrod, chef/owner of the Crown at Whitebrook, is Monmouthshire’s newest Michelin star chef. He is the proud owner of one Michelin star, 3AA Rosettes and features in the Good Food Guide which puts him amongst the top restaurants in the country.
Colin Carter is head chef of the Piercefield near Chepstow. He won the Brains Chef of the year in 2014 and impressed the judges with his three course menu made from mystery ingredients.
