Consensus Decision-making is a way of making decisions where everyone joins in, everyone gets heard and everyone can win instead of the usual competitive way of deciding things in a group (the loudest/strongest/most scary/most persuasive people get their way and the others lose!) It is co-operative, effective and a powerful social skill to have within your family, social groups, at work and/or in community organizations.

Tea & coffee will be provided but we ask that everyone brings food to share for lunch. There is no cutlery or crockery at Victoria Hall so it would be wise to bring your own plates, cups & eating implements too!

Seeds for Change provide their services for free to community groups but any donations you can make for them to help continue their work would be much appreciated.
