This old coaching Inn hidden away in the lovely village of Llangynidr is surrounded by the Brecon Beacons National Park and overlooking the delightful Brecon and Monmouthshire Canal. Over the weekend of July 28th and 29th they are holding their annual Beer Festival, celebrating the fine selection of local beers, ciders and perry's all sourced from within 30 miles of the pub. The weekend will feature live bands, including Beatswork, Tony Breen Band and Blue Traffic. To help soak up the luscious libations on offer there will be a barbeque on the Saturday and a hog roast on the Sunday.

The Coach and Horses offer 3 recently developed, bright and comfortable rooms available for bed & breakfast. A warm, welcoming restaurant with open fire offering a varied and seasonal menu of tasty local produce.  There is a large, well stocked bar serving local and continental beers with separate games room which includes a pool table, juke box, fruit machine and large screen.

Outside is a large, peaceful garden overlooking the canal with stunning views over the local countryside and ample, private car parking. So pop in and see them if you are sailing, driving or walking past!
