With over 25 years' experience, Perryn has exhibited throughout the UK and beyond. She carves predominantly in stone and also designs large public works in slate and cast metals. Her work is internationally collected by such organisations as the National Library of Wales and the Centre for European Culture, Germany. Perryn has recently completed a commission for Planed and Crymych School in Pembrokeshire. Iconic Welsh slate jewellery by sculptor Perryn Butler.

Perryn has recently turned her creative imagination to making something smaller, which has culminated in a collection of pendants, earrings, brooches and cufflinks. The collection showcases Perryn's stone carving skills and knowledge of ancient cultures, to create pieces of jewellery that are very different. The ideal Christmas present, Welsh and easy to post.

Recognition and Residence for Perryn Butler This Summer.

Sculptor Perryn Butler has been selected to exhibit her work 'Spirit of the stone' as part of the Welsh Artist of the Year 2012 exhibition. Which is being help at St David's Hall in Cardiff,
26th June – 6th August.

To add to her busy summer Perryn will also be Artist in Residence from August 21st - Sept 2nd at Nant Y Coy Mill, Near Haverfordwest where she will be having her annual sale of sculpture, paintings and slate jewellery.
