There are plenty of reasons to be cheerful about living in Swansea – great climate, fantastic scenery, stunning coastline, top class sports and recreation and fabulous shopping.

No wonder people walk round with smiles on their faces. But who has the biggest, broadest smile, the smile that says welcome to Swansea and can really light up a room?

The city's busy Quadrant Shopping Centre has come up with a great competition to find Swansea's Sunniest Smile and the winner will receives his or her prize from a local girl with her own sunny smile and personality, Miss Wales, Sara Manchipp.

Local photographer Adam Davies will be out on a Smile Safari in the Quadrant on Saturday, June 2nd, to bag the person with the best smile. He'll be there between 10am and 1pm, so if you've got a smile as wide as Swansea Bay, get down to the Quadrant for your chance to win a bumper hamper of prizes from the Quadrant worth £200. They'll include £100 worth of shopping vouchers for the Quadrant, a framed photograph and other special prizes.

Adam's smiley snaps will be on display next week in the Quadrant Centre, along with your chance to vote for the smile of your choice. So drop in, check out those Sunny Smiles and cast your vote for your favourite.
