Football fans have the chance to grab themselves a pair of Barclays Premiership tickets at Swansea’s Quadrant Centre on Saturday and Sunday February 11th and 12th.
The Barclays Ticket Office Booth, an interactive experience for fans, will visit The Quadrant Centre for the weekend.
The specially designed ticket booth’s fan will whirr into action as each hopeful steps in, unleashing a snowstorm of tickets and the fan who grabs the most cyan coloured (blue/green) tickets in 30 frantic seconds can win a pair of Barclays Premier League match tickets.
But beware, there are white tickets in there as well and they will be deducted from the number of cyans to give a final score. That score will be recorded and the winner sent a pair of tickets.
There will also be a whole range of other prizes on offer, from key fobs to baseball caps and wallets, and the booth will be in the Quadrant Centre on both days of the weekend.
Norwich fans, in town for their match with Swansea at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday afternoon, are likely to join locals in competing for the prizes.
Quadrant Centre Manager Ian Kirkpatrick said: “It sounds like a lot of fun and with Swansea flying so high in the Premiership there are sure to be plenty of Swans fans keen to get their hands on tickets so we are expecting it to be busy.
“The football club’s success has certainly given a boost to the city and to the city centre as well and it’s been noticeable that many visiting fans come here before the matches do it is doing business here a lot of good as well. It was also good to see that the manager, Brendan Rogers, signed a new deal this week and he’s doing a fantastic job at the Liberty Stadium and he and his players have been very active in promoting the city.”
