Cowpots Ice Cream is made on the farm with milk from our small herd of pedigree Jersey cows. The cows graze clover rich pastures overlooking the Carmarthenshire countryside. Their welfare is of prime importance to us and their quality of life reflects in the milk they produce. The Cowpots Jersey Cows produce the creamiest "Gold Top" milk ~ ideal for making luxury dairy ice cream.

Our Ice Cream is available in 120ml tubs, 1/2 litre, 4 litre family tubs and 4.7litre napolis. We currently have around 20 different flavours with some delicious flavour combinations such as ~ Crème Caramel with Honeycomb, Walnut and Maple and much more ~ aswell as traditional family favourites ~ Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla and Mint Choc Chip. Our plain milk ice cream ~ Just Jersey ~ has a lovely subtle flavour and is a great alternative to vanilla ice cream to serve alongside puddings and desserts.
