Nant y Coy, Treffgarne Gorge |
 As I’m rather partial to Pembrokeshire, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to visit Nant y Coy on the outskirts of Haverfordwest, which a friend had recommended. The Riverbend Café at the Nant y Coy Arts and Creativity Centre provides fresh, delicious and nutritious snacks, meals and beverages which are, as far as possible, organic and local. From bread to bottled water, from their smoked salmon to their vegetables, their aim is to provide the healthiest food they can, free from additives, preservatives and treatments.
