Inspired by working holidays at a family farm in the Catalan region of Spain. We initally launched to promote high-quality olive oils in the UK, the range has an emphasis on provincial brands, sourcing oils from family-run farms or smaller-scale outfits wherever possible. At the deli we can provide samples of all of our range to ensure you get the style you really want.
Olives&Oils has taken numerous trips to olive farms and pressing mills to gain the knowledge for this vast subject. We recently attended a lecture held in Barcelona by the Spanish Olive Oil Council on the correct methods of identifying-good quality oils, recognising different varieties and technological advances in the industry. We also have hands-on experience of harvesting olives. Working with several producers gives us a unique position in sourcing the very best olives and oils.
