Dyfnog Stud wins award for service |
|
Over the past few weeks horse feed suppliers Allen & Page have been holding a Mystery Shopper competition to find the best stockists in Britain. Mystery shoppers have been calling and visiting retailers across the UK and are very happy to announce their week two winners of the £250 cash prize as being Dyfnog Stud of Llanrhaeadr in Denbighshire.
They said the store displayed excellent product knowledge, stock availability and nutritional advice. The members of staff involved were all friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and nothing was been too much trouble. Allen & Page would like to congratulate Dyfnog Stud and give recognition to the excellent levels of service that they provide.
Dyfnog Stud was established in 1972 by Gordon-Gough Roberts to provide animal feed and equipment, and facilities for horse related activities. Since then the business has consistently expanded and Gordon has been joined by his daughter Jane. Gordon in now primarily involved in the retail element which provides horse and dog food, outdoor clothing, equine supplies and shooting equipment. Jayne manages the stable enterprise which offers livery and schooling facilities and arranges regular jumping competitions, and other equestrian activities at the stud. The whole enterprise is run in a friendly and informal way, with helpful and experienced staff.
There are still plenty more prizes to be won before the campaign finishes on April 30th 2008, and the Allen & Page Mystery Shoppers will be visiting and calling all Allen & Page stockists across the UK before the campaign ends.
